We are looking for a motivated Support Manager to lead and improve our customer service operations remotely. Your primary mission will be to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey. You’ll also manage returns and complaints, working closely with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.

- 🎧 Provide quality support through various channels (email, chat, phone).
- 🛠 Resolve technical issues and respond to customer inquiries about our products.
- 📊 Analyze customer feedback and propose improvement solutions.
- 📅 Organize and track returns, manage complaints.
- 🤝 Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance internal processes.
📝 Desired Profile:
- 💬 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 🧩 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 💻 Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
- 📚 Team management experience or similar roles is a plus.
- 🌍 Ability to work autonomously and remotely, proactive and responsive.
- 🇫🇷 🇳🇱 🇬🇧 Fluency in French, Dutch, and English. German knowledge is a plus.
- 📧 Proficiency in Gmail, Excel, Word, and cloud tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
- 🌐 Comfort using the internet and digital tools.
