1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the vapes001.com website. By placing an order, you accept these conditions. We invite you to read the GTC carefully before finalizing your purchase.

The products offered are disposable puffs of various brands and models. Product descriptions and photos are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the products actually received.

 

3. Order

• Confirmation : By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Vapes001 cannot be held responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
• Modifications : Any modification of the order after confirmation is subject to acceptance by Vapes001. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any modification request.

 

4. Price and Payment

• Prices : The prices displayed on our site are in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Delivery costs are added to the total amount of the order.
• Payment : Payments are made through secure partners such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, Mollie, etc. Credit card information is never stored on our servers. Transactions are secure and guaranteed.

 

5. Delivery

• Delivery times : Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or during the weekend are shipped the following Monday. Delivery times vary from 1 to 4 business days, except in cases of force majeure.
• Shipping costs : Shipping costs €10 for Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Luxembourg. It is free for orders over €65. In Italy and Spain, the shipping costs are €15.
• Carriers : Packages are shipped via DPD, UPS, or other carriers if necessary. Packages are shipped from our warehouses located in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, guaranteeing secure delivery without import fees.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order. You can exercise this right without having to provide a reason.

• Procedure : To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at the following email address: info@vapes001.com . Indicate your decision to withdraw by specifying your order number.
• Return of products : You must return the products within 14 days from the communication of your decision to withdraw. The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made to one of our depots in Europe.
