We are looking for a motivated Support Manager to manage and improve our customer service remotely. Your main task will be to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey. You will also be responsible for managing returns and complaints, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- 🎧 Provide quality support through various channels (email, chat, phone).
- 🛠 Resolve technical issues and answer customer questions regarding our products.
- 📊 Analyze customer feedback and propose improvement solutions.
- 📅 Organize and follow up on returns, manage complaints.
- 🤝 Collaborate closely with other departments to improve internal processes.
📝 Desired Profile:
- 💬 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 🧩 Analytical skills and quick problem-solving ability.
- 💻 Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
- 📚 Experience in team management or a similar role is a plus.
- 🌍 Ability to work independently and remotely, proactive and responsive.
- 🇫🇷 🇳🇱 🇬🇧 Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- 📧 Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Word, and Cloud tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
- 🌐 Comfortable with the internet and digital tools.
